Wish we would could claim credit for that statement. The credit goes to the folks who bring you some of your favorite brands like Nike, New Era, and Bella + Canvas. Uniforming is their business and they do it well.
Modern companies are leaving behind the “one size fits all” approach. They are doing away with the stiff, stuffy, and restrictive pieces and replacing them with pieces that fit today’s lifestyles. Polos with moisture wicking properties and tees with a soft feel and flattering shape are the new norm. Take a look at some of these ideas and see how by mixing up tried and true pieces you end up with a fresh look.

New Blends for a New Year
New catalogs, new styles, and new blends! All of our vendors are rolling out the new stuff and over the next couple of weeks we will be highlighting these items. Well some of them anyway. There is way too many for us to show you all of them but we are updating the E-Catalogs section regularly so you can stay up to date with the latest offerings.
This is for those of you that love the wicking option but hate the feel of polyester. This tee is a blend of 75% poly/13% cotton/12% rayon and at 4.4 oz perfect for use as performance gear for your team or everyday wear for your crew that works outside during the warm months. On the plus side for us it is easy to screen print and the posicharge technology helps lock in the ink color of the print so the tees look better longer.
District Made introduces their Astro Cosmic collection. It blends 60% cotton with 40% poly to make this lightweight 4.3 ounce tee soft and breathable. The intermixing of colors steps it up a notch to add depth to the overall look.
Port Authority is introducing their Coastal Cotton Blend polos. The new polos have a soft, laid-back look that is designed to perform. This style fights odors, wicks moisture, and resists snags and wrinkles. At 5 ounces with a blend of 50% cotton/42.5%poly/7.5 linen it is the perfect polo for the office or job site.

Port Authority Pinpoint Mesh Polo’s
The new spring samples are arriving here at the shop and this was one of the first to come in. Okay I admit I ordered it well ahead of time and had our logo put on it so I could start wearing it as soon as the weather warmed. And for once I will be on trend. As our sales rep for Port Authority pointed out, loud color blocking is out, reflective details are in.
The men’s have three button placket with dyed-to-match buttons and side vents while the ladies has a dyed-to- match zipper, front princess seams and a rounded hem. Both are 4.3 ounces 100 polyester so they will breath and wick moisture.

New 1/4 Zips for Fall 2016
We just got some great new gear in from Sport Tek, Eddie Bauer, and Port Authority including the new 1/4 zips for fall. 1/4 zips are great for the team or corporate world to transition into the new season. And all of these styles (JST65 excluded) come in ladies sizing.

Blazers for Your 2016 Show/Expo Season
While you are working on your promotional ideas for your upcoming events have you given thought to what your crew is going to be wearing? I know, I know, one more thing you have to worry about.
Most folks usually have something they can pull together for the event in the form of a dress shirt or polo but what about after the event walking from the location back to your hotel room….what about going out to dinner after a hard day of promoting your brand? Digital Stripes
While doing some jacket research for a customer I ran across this new offering from Port Authority. This is a digital striped 12.8 oz fleece jacket that comes in both mens and ladies sizing. As Port Authority puts it “takes you from workout essential to sleek polished office style.” For me personally, I just like the modern look of it.
