Break Out of the Uniform Rut!

” A GOOD UNIFORM IS A STATEMENT. It tells your employees they’re a part of a team, tells your clients what to expect, and most importantly, a good uniform tells your story.”

Wish we would could claim credit for that statement. The credit goes to the folks who bring you some of your favorite brands like Nike, New Era, and Bella + Canvas. Uniforming is their business and they do it well.

Modern companies are leaving behind  the “one size fits all” approach. They are doing away with the stiff, stuffy, and restrictive pieces and replacing them with pieces that fit today’s lifestyles. Polos with moisture wicking properties and tees with a soft feel and flattering shape are the new norm. Take a look at some of these ideas and see how by mixing up tried and true pieces you end up with a fresh look.

By picking one or two colors that compliment your brand these ideas show that you can mix a polo shirt with heels,  a 1/4 zip with a tie, and pull off a look  that will work across the diversity of generations that make up your work force.

Limited Edition Nike Tees

Back in April Nike introduced limited edition polos and pullovers. They are back at it for July (or until supplies run out) of limited edition long and short sleeve performance tees for men and women.

These will not be restocked once they have sold out. At least at this point. We are hoping that if the items go over well we can get them for you on a regular basis. In the mean time, if you are looking for Nike performance gear for your team/event/sponsorship now is the time. Classic colors, full range of sizes from adult Small thru 3XL. Sorry no youth sizes…

Because these are a limited supply you won’t find these in our apparel website but don’t panic. Just give us a call or send and e-mail and we will get back to you with prices for your project.

New Goodies from Nike

The 2018 Nike catalog is here. Just in time for your weekend viewing pleasure.

The buzz words for Nike this year: patterns, textures, embossing, and reflective. Basically it’s all about the details. Something that as a Nike customer you already know; they love their details. And they are good at it.

Nike Golf Therma-FIT Hypervis 1/2-Zip Cover-Up

I got to see The Nike Golf Therma-FIT Hypervis cover up when our sales rep debut it a couple of months ago. I forgot all about it until one of our customers ordered one. I also forgot how nice they are.

The chevron design  is  subdued enough to work with your logo without overwhelming it. The contrasting zipper and interior color adds a pop of color making it easy to layer over your other golf gear.

It is made of 100% polyester Therma-Fit fabric which keeps it, soft, light weight and temperature regulating. (How that exactly works I am not sure but it sounds impressive. Our customer that orders them is going to keep me posted on that!)

And for the ladies it comes in a full zip style with thumb holes at the cuff for extra warmth.

Perfect for golf outings (obviously), corporate events, employee incentives and vendor gifts.

Golf Guide for the 2017 Season

Here in New England our golf season is short. It kind of sneaks up on you and before you know it it is July and the season is half over. (Unless you are like Dale…he follows the warm weather so he is always playing golf somewhere….)
