How Do You Break In A Carhartt?
Carhartts are heavy, stiff, and actually embroider quite easily…once we can get them hooped. They are built for tough work conditions and can last a lifetime.
So then how do you break them in? Carhartt says by “wearing them while you work hard.” But could there be a short cut? Check out the video below.

3 in 1 Jackets Re-imagined
Back in October we introduced the Collective System and have since had several customers start using this line in place of a more traditional 3 in 1 jacket. The Collective System
Today was a beautiful fall day. Bright sun, cool breeze, white puffy clouds. And while fall is here for a bit yet, temps will be falling. Now is the time to think about what you want to do about cold weather gear. Do you get a heavy coat, a mid-weight fleece, and a rain jacket or go with a standard three in one jacket which means you have zero options should one part of the three in one system not work for you. Denim Jackets Are Always In Style
While other fashion trends and styles come and go you can always count on the good old denim jacket to be in vogue. Sometimes the cut is looser, sometimes shorter, the fabric sometimes patterned, but the basic jacket style remains the same.
In our industry most folks don’t think of the denim jacket as a go to for their uniforming needs. But it shouldn’t be ruled out especially if you want to mix things up for corporate (or not so corporate) events, conferences, or parties.
Can’t use them in your day to day work wardrobe? You can use them as gifts for sales goals met, achievement awards, or as the holiday season approaches, thank you gifts. It is an item that won’t be put in the back of the closet and as we all know your employees are your best use of your advertising budget.
Don’t forget they could easily be used as a promotional item or as part of a gift basket, giveaway, or raffle.

Under Armour Now Available
As the Under Armour brand has gained in popularity we have had a lot of customer requests for their merchandise. Last fall Alphabroder paired with Under Armour allowing us to bring their branded gear to you. Feel free to do a happy dance now. Dale and I did when we received samples. Yep we already have samples in the shop of some of the gear.
Take a peek at the catalog to see what they have designed just for our market. These garments you won’t find in the retail world making them unique to you and your business. Digital Stripes
While doing some jacket research for a customer I ran across this new offering from Port Authority. This is a digital striped 12.8 oz fleece jacket that comes in both mens and ladies sizing. As Port Authority puts it “takes you from workout essential to sleek polished office style.” For me personally, I just like the modern look of it.
