Late Winter Trends

About this time of year we start looking forward to see what new spring trends are headed our way. If you, like us, are burned out looking at dark heavy duty sweatshirts this post should grab your attention.

First off, lets throw in some color to liven up the Mid-February blues.

Next Level’s Festival Collection is sporting spring colors in soft easy fitting  tees. Currently we are just enjoying looking at the lively color palette. A nice break from  carbon heather and black!

And on that note, if you taking a break from all black, Pennant is going opposite with their White Collection.

We love the clean look of the white but inevitably they day we wear white is the day we have something with tomato sauce for dinner!

If  white is too dangerous a route to go but you still want to break out and do something a little more edgy, Bella + Canvas is your  brand.

Crop tops, sweatshirts with cut outs, relaxed tanks, Bella + Canvas has come a long way from their tiny ribbed tees of 10 years ago. And they offer a section just for kids too.

All of the new catalogs for Next Level, Pennant, and Bella + Canvas are up under our E-Catalogs tab for easy reference. And of course for inspiration.

Gildan Hammer

Hanes has long been know for its heavy weight 6 oz Beefy-T. If you liked 100% cotton at the heaviest weight, you were a fan of this for life. Gildan is now introducing their version of the Beefy-T called the Hammer.

I am going to assume you at least glanced at the text in the photo above so I won’t repeat. Bottom line is the tee shirt is soft, comes in a long sleeve and with a pocket, and has 30 colors to choose from.

Current trends are toward a lighter weight tee but if you are a die hard fan of the heavy weight tee you should  stop by and check out The Hammer. Gildan was kind enough to send us a sample. By the way did I mention it was SOFT?

Comfort Colors for 2018

Happy 2018 from Comfort Colors. New pigments, new styles, and a new cuffed jogger that seems to be the “it” trend for the new year.

All of these new items can be found on page 22-23 of the new catalog.  At a nice medium weight of 7oz, the new French Terry crew neck sweatshirt with kangaroo pocket, the scuba neck hoodie, and the cuffed jogger pant will take you from cool spring weather right through Indian Summer.

If your brand reflects a vintage or beachy feel try experimenting with a one pass color or tone on tone color when screen printing. Want to incorporate the new jogger pants into the mix? Add your embroidered logo right below the pocket. Or run a word or tag line up one of the legs. Lots of fun options for you to ruminate on while we wait for spring.
